Mother Forgives Negligent Operator following Death of 3 Minor Children

On January 25, 2009, a van with carrying 3 small children as passengers was rear-ended in South Florida. The impact killed the minor children in the van. The operator of the car that struck the van is reported to have had 28 traffic tickets in the past eight years. The mother of the children, who does not have enough money to cover the funeral bills, stated that she does not hate the operator who caused the crash, but instead extended forgiveness. She told reporters that parents should learn from this horrible loss that they need to treasure each moment that they have with their children.
