Kelly Grey

Kelly (Roper) Grey was born and raised in Southington. She is a graduate of Southington High School (1992), Central Connecticut State University (B.A. Psychology and B.A. Sociology, 1998), John Jay College of Criminal Justice (M.A. Forensic Psychology, 2000), and the University of Connecticut School of Law (J.D., 2009). She joined the firm as an associate in 2009, became a partner in 2023, and was named the managing partner in 2026.

Kelly has extensive experience in personal injury litigation, worker's compensation, insurance defense, and landlord-tenant matters. She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Connecticut Trial Lawyer's Association. She was recognized as a Rising Star by SuperLawyers and is a member of the Litigation Counsel of America. Kelly is admitted to practice in Connecticut state court as well as the U.S. District Court of Connecticut. She has tried numerous cases before judges and juries in almost all jurisdictions in Connecticut. She has handled mediations with the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities. She has also argued before the Appellate Court.

Kelly resides in Goshen, Connecticut with her husband and their beloved bulldog, Mike. She is a member of the Woodridge Lake Property Owner's Association, having served on multiple committees. When not practicing law, Kelly enjoys reading, boating, sitting on the beach, and riding motorcycles.
